Protein Bread with Seeds and Oats
No white flour - just simple, nutritious ingredients.
Ingredients:
200g oats
300g natural yogurt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and natural yogurt, add the salt, and oats. Continue mixing, then add the remaining ingredients, stirring continuously. Finally, add the baking powder.
3. Form a wick and place it on a baking paper-lined tray. Sprinkle with oat flakes or seeds, as desired, for decoration.
4. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Let it cool, cut, and serve.
