Oatmeal cookies
Delicious and filling cookies, perfect for breakfast or as a delicious snack, are easy to prepare in a few simple steps and with only four ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 ripe, mashed bananas
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the mashed banana with the peanut butter, then add the oats until well blended. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll each spoonful into a cookie shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (for 20-25 minutes), until the cookies are firm and slightly golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
