Oatmeal and Banana Brownies

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

100g dark chocolate

220g ground oats

1 tbsp raw cacao

80g peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

Crushed nuts

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C

Melt the dark chocolate and add the peanut butter, mixing well.

Mash the banana and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, add the nuts on top, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Leave to cool, then cut into squares.
