Healthy Potato Cake
An easy, light, and nutritious cake with healthy ingredients and a distinctive taste. It can be enjoyed as a snack or for breakfast.
Ingredients:
2 mashed boiled potatoes
1/2 cup ground oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey or date molasses
A pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- In an electric mixer, blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool and serve.
