Healthy Molten Cake
Molten cake, also known as molten chocolate cake, is a dessert that combines the soft texture of cake and the richness of melted chocolate. We present it to you with healthy ingredients and in a simple, quick way.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon raw cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
1 dark chocolate cube (75% cocoa)
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease the pan.
2. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt).
3. Whisk the egg with the honey and vanilla, then mix with the dry ingredients.
4. Add the coconut oil and mix.
5. Pour the mixture into the molds and place the chocolate cube in the center.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes and serve hot.
