Healthy Coffee Ice Cream
Healthy Date Coffee Ice Cream with simple ingredients, no sugar, and no cream
Ingredients:
10 soaked dates
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 frozen sliced banana
Method:
- Remove the pits from the dates and soak them in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and blend them with the yogurt and coffee in a blender until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Immediately place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
You can add a sprinkle of cinnamon or vanilla.
