Healthy Cinnamon Rolls
Healthy and Delicious Diet Cinnamon Rolls, are easy to prepare in a few simple steps
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey or date sugar
2 teaspoons natural butter
Method:
Gradually mix the flour, yeast, and milk until you get a firm dough.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, brush it with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and honey.
Roll the dough into a roll and cut into small circles.
Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
To serve: You can drizzle the cinnamon rolls with a little natural honey or Greek yogurt instead of cream to reduce calories.
