Healthy Chocolate Cake
A healthy, quick, and delicious cake without sugar, flour, or oil.
Ingredients:
1/2 cups oats
1/2 cups warm milk
3 bananas
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
Nuts and dark chocolate, as desired.
Method:
In a bowl, combine the oats and warm milk, mix well, and let rest for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mash the bananas and add the eggs and vanilla.
Follow the cocoa and baking powder.
Add the first mixture to the second mixture, stirring well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan or loaf tin.
Place the pan in the center of the oven, preheated to 180°C, with the heat just below the oven.
Leave the pan in the center of the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
After removing from the oven, sprinkle the nuts over the cake, followed by melted dark chocolate.
