healthy Almond Brownie
A healthy, delicious, and easy chocolate brownie recipe, perfect for a light dessert.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup natural honey
1/3 cup raw cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (75% cocoa or higher)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the cocoa, almond flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and level the surface.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through (test with a wooden skewer).
- Cool completely before slicing.
