3 cups fresh, frozen, chopped fruit (optional)
4 tablespoons ground nutmeg
4 tablespoons peanut butter
Method:
-In an electric blender, blend the frozen fruit well until smooth.
-Add the ground nutmeg and peanut butter and blend until smooth.
-Place the mixture in a freezer-safe container and return it to the freezer for an hour to firm up slightly before serving.
-Garnish with fruit and nuts as desired.
