Date Balls with Oats and Cocoa
No oven, no sugar, very filling, and tastes amazing
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup ground oats
1 tablespoon raw cocoa
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon almond butter
A pinch of salt to enhance the flavor
Methods:
In a blender, blend the dates with the remaining ingredients well until you get a firm dough. Form them into balls and refrigerate for half an hour.
