1 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 egg whites
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 teaspoon coconut oil

-Mix the dry ingredients.
-Beat the egg whites with the milk and vanilla.
-Mix the ingredients together and add the shredded coconut.
-Cook in a warm pan with coconut oil until golden.
