Coconut, Banana, and Chia Seed Smoothie
A healthy and refreshing smoothie that's easy to prepare and contains fiber to keep you feeling full for longer. It can be enjoyed as a breakfast
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, for a cold smoothie)
Method:
- Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk for 30 minutes.
- After half an hour, add the honey, yogurt, and banana slices to the first mixture and blend with a hand blender until you get a creamy, slightly thick consistency.
- Garnish with nuts and banana slices, if desired.
