Apple and Cinnamon Ice Cream
A healthy, refreshing, and low-calorie apple and cinnamon ice cream recipe
Ingredients:
2 large apples, frozen, diced
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon natural honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method:
- Blend the frozen apple cubes with the yogurt, honey, and cinnamon in a blender until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
- If the consistency is too thick, add a teaspoon of milk to improve the consistency.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
- Sprinkle some crushed nuts over the ice cream. You can garnish with apple slices or any other fruit you prefer, along with mint leaves.
